Terms & Conditions for Crossroads Aviation’s U.S. Agent for Service Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to Crossroads Aviation, a trusted provider of U.S. Agent for Service solutions for individuals with foreign addresses who hold or apply for FAA certificates, ratings, or authorizations. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and establish a binding agreement between you and Crossroads Aviation.

By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Crossroads Aviation acts as a U.S. Agent for Service in compliance with FAA regulations (14 CFR Part 3, Sections 3.301 - 3.303).


Our services include:

  • Providing a U.S. address for FAA service of documents.

  • Receiving FAA-related correspondence on your behalf.

  • Scanning and forwarding documents electronically.

  • Assisting with compliance updates related to FAA requirements.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be an individual or entity required by the FAA to designate a U.S. Agent for Service.

  • Provide accurate personal and contact details.

  • Maintain an active account with Crossroads Aviation.

4. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Keep your contact information up to date.

  • Ensure that your designated U.S. Agent information is current with the FAA.

  • Respond to any forwarded FAA documents promptly.

  • Pay all fees associated with the service.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Document Handling & Liability

  • Crossroads Aviation is responsible for receiving and forwarding FAA documents within two (2) business days of receipt.

  • Crossroads Aviation is not liable for any delays, losses, or damages resulting from:

    • Client’s failure to update contact details.

    • Client’s failure to act on forwarded documents.

    • Technical issues beyond Crossroads Aviation’s control.

  • Crossroads Aviation is not responsible for the legal consequences of missed deadlines due to client inaction.

6. Fees & Payment

  • The standard service fee is $34.99 per year (subject to change with notice).

  • Payment must be made in advance to activate services.

  • The service will automatically renew every 12 months, and the payment method on file will be charged unless the client cancels before the renewal date.

  • Refunds are not available once the service period begins.

  • Failure to renew on time may result in automatic cancellation of your agent designation.

7. Non-Payment Procedure

  • If payment is not received by the due date, services will be suspended, and no further documents will be processed.

  • Crossroads Aviation will retain any received documents for a grace period of 30 days from the suspension date.

  • If payment is not received within the grace period, all stored documents will be permanently deleted, and the client’s designation as a U.S. Agent for Service will be revoked.

  • Clients may reactivate their accounts within the grace period by paying outstanding fees. Beyond this period, a new registration will be required.

8. Shipping Costs for Forwarding

  • Document forwarding beyond electronic transmission will incur additional shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs will be calculated based on the client’s location and address.

  • The client agrees to cover all shipping expenses before documents are dispatched.

  • Clients may choose between standard and express delivery options, with costs varying based on urgency and location.

9. Account Deletion

  • Deleting your account will result in the immediate deletion of all documents and certificates associated with your account.

  • Any remaining subscription period will not be refunded.

10. Termination & Suspension

Crossroads Aviation reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  • The client provides false or misleading information.

  • Payments are not made on time.

  • The client fails to comply with FAA regulations.

  • The client engages in fraudulent or illegal activities.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Crossroads Aviation provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • Crossroads Aviation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Crossroads Aviation’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the service within the last 12 months.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in the state where Crossroads Aviation operates, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Marketing Usage & Public Representation

By using our services, you grant Crossroads Aviation the right to reference your company name and logo for marketing and promotional purposes — for example, on our website or in presentations. We will never use personal names or individual identities for promotional purposes without your explicit consent.

14. Client Responsibility for FAA Designation

Crossroads Aviation is not responsible for ensuring that clients correctly designate Crossroads Aviation as their U.S. Agent for Service in the FAA's U.S. Agent for Service System (USAS) or through any other required FAA channels. It is the client’s sole responsibility to complete the designation process accurately and in accordance with FAA regulations. Failure to do so may result in compliance issues for which Crossroads Aviation assumes no liability.

15. Amendments

Crossroads Aviation may update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
