In accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 3-1, Individuals who have a foreign address and no U.S. physical address of record on file with the FAA are required to designate a U.S. agent for service if they apply for a certificate, rating, or authorization issued under 14 CFR parts 47, 61, 63, 65, 67, or 107, or hold a certificate, rating, or authorization issued under any of these parts.
Individuals meeting the above criteria must first obtain an address from Crossroads Aviation using the registration process. After obtaining the address, individuals must register that address with the FAA at the following link: https://usas.faa.gov/signin
Crossroads Aviation staff will open and digitally transmit any FAA correspondence we receive on your behalf within 1 business day of receipt. Youl will then be given the option of document forwarding (at your cost) or secure destruction. If you desire for the hardcopy document to be sent to you, we will provide you with the best pricing/delivery options.
